101 Things To Do With Your Horse with Anna Twinney
Do you love your horse? Silly question I know.
But, do you find yourself wishing you could do more with them than just ride? You groom and ride and groom and feed and... then you spend time with them... "just being". Which is great! But then what? What else is there is to do?
"I watched the first clip of the 101 series. It is just awesome! I feel like I am right in the middle of it. Anna and the beautiful Charlotte in my living room. This is very beneficial to keep me on my toes. I could watch this countless times and still learn more about the conversation. 🤩Thank you all for a marvelous idea and flawless production!" - Carolina, AZ.
My name is Anna Twinney. I am the founder of Reach Out to Horses, a cutting edge equine training program based in a unique collaborative training methodology. At Reach Out to Horses my team of certified trainers and instructors teach people how to move away from a fear-based, compliance model of horsemanship to a support-based collaborative one.
But before my life as an international equine behaviorist, clinician, animal communicator and healer, I was just like you!
I commuted to my job in London for years. Every day I would take the train to work, and take the train back. I would come home tired, eat dinner, watch a “bit a teli” (that’s British for watch TV), go to bed, wake up and repeat the next day. On weekends, and the occasional evening I would visit my horse, Carrie, and we would conquer the countryside. With my loyal canine companion, Major, the three of us would escape the worries and stresses of life. I loved it, don’t get me wrong. The freedom I felt, the connection. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you what that felt like. It was magical.
My time with Carrie was sparse and precious. Once the ride was over, I would groom her, clean her stall, wish her well, and head home. Sometimes I would spend extra time with her. I would watch her eat, enjoying and appreciating her for who she was. I wanted to connect. I wanted to do more. But if we weren’t riding, I didn’t really know what else there was to do.
I wanted to connect with Carrie on the deepest level I could, strengthen our bond, and share those special moments together, out of the saddle. And most of all I wanted it to be fun for both of us!
If that sounds familiar then stick with me, because you and I, and thousands of others have something in common.
Traveling the world, teaching hundreds, if not thousands of people each year, I often hear this same complaint and concern from many of my students. It doesn’t matter what country they are in, or if they are novices, professionals, hobbyists or competitors. It is the same story.
“Anna, I don’t know what to do with my horse when we aren’t riding. I have limited time and no clue.”
Well, after more than 2 decades of teaching every aspect of horsemanship, and seeing thousands of people from all over the globe with the same frustrating issue, I decided to do something about it.
And this is it!
Welcome to 101 Things to Do with Your Horse.
This program is a game-changer. It is going to not only change what you do with your horses but also your partnership, your bond, and your knowledge. In short it is going to change everything about your horsemanship and your relationship with your equine companion.

I Can't Bring My Computer to the Barn. So how am I supposed to remember the lessons when I'm with my horse?
Breaking News! There's an App for that!
We are very excited to announce that the online portal we use for the program has just released an app that you can install on your phone. So, for no additional cost you can bring the program to the barn with you and watch it with your horse. I'm sure they will enjoy it immensely.
How much is this year-long program?
People spend thousands to be with me live, to come to my events all over the world and learn what I will be teaching you in this program. And some of what I’m going to show you, I don’t even teach in my international classes. So I could charge $1,000, maybe $1,500 or more and it would be worth every penny. But as I said, I was like you. And I want you to have a deeper connection and new relationship with your horse. So I have decided that the normal everyday price for the program is only $247. Hardly anything for the amount of content you will be receiving.
But I really want to make sure cost isn't the reason you stay stuck in a rut of confusion and frustration. So the program won't even be that expensive. Instead, if you purchase the program during this special program launch period you will only pay $1.95 per episode. And with the bonuses added in you are paying less than $1 an episode.
Decades of experience and exercises for pennies!
And don’t forget you are still covered by our 30-day Money Back Guaranty. So give the program a try and if you aren’t completely blown away by what you learn, then you will get a full refund and you still get to keep the bonuses.
As fall turns into winter, if you are staring at another long season if doing nothing with your horse, then you need this program. I can't make it any clearer. It will change your life and your horsemanship forever. Spend some quality time with your equine partner. Strengthen your bond. Bring fun, connection, and a fresh perspective to your relationship. About Your Instructor - Anna Twinney
Anna is an International Equine Linguist, Natural Horsewoman, Clinician, Speaker, Animal Communicator, Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki Master and the founder of Reach Out to Horses®. She is recognized in the industry for her unique and effective, collaborative training methodologies.
For more than 2 decades she has brought her highly successful, gentle approach to thousands of people and horses from all walks of life and equine disciplines. She has conducted clinics, classes and training sessions across the globe including Europe, China, Morocco, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, and throughout the entire U.S. and Canada.
Anna’s approach is very different from the vast majority of clinicians and programs in today's mainstream world of equine training. Her fluency in equine language, psychology, herd dynamics, energy work and healing, and animal communication allows her to go beyond training through mere body language, simple physical cues, and horse compliance.
The depth of her understanding and communication creates an unparalleled partnership between horse and human. This, in turn, creates a willing partner and a co-creator in the training itself and allows Anna to design a custom program based on the horse’s personality, character, likes, dislikes, learning style, motivation, and more.
This style of training gives every horse a voice and the ability to express themselves as the individuals they are with their unique gifts and life purposes.
Her mastery of equine communication and collaborative methodologies truly make her a unique voice in the worlds of horsemanship and animal communication. Instead of dominance and forced compliance, which is the basis for most horsemanship today, Anna’s methods leave cookie-cutter, one size fits all, approaches behind and are instead founded in communication and a deep understanding of the horse as an individual. Whether they come from a harsh, “old-school” approach or a kinder, gentler, natural horsemanship style, horsemanship today is still mostly a “get the horse to do what you want” business. Convincing the horse to submit to the human will is the goal and the measure of success.
Anna has been involved in animal rescue for over 30 years and has been heavily involved in the rescue and protection of the American Wild Horse. She has assisted in the rescue, training, and healing of thousands of horses and has helped to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the horses in need and the organizations that share her passion for our majestic planetary companions.
Anna’s work has been featured around the globe in magazines, newspapers, radio shows, internet programs and television, including F.E.I., a segment on China State TV, Martha Stewart’s “Living”, the BBC fly on the wall documentary “Living in the Sun”, and the French travel show, “Echappées Belles”. Since January 2008, Reach Out to Horses® has also appeared on the NickerNetwork.com, the Dutch Equine Network, Horse Lifestyle, and the CanDo Network of programming.
She is also the creator of the popular 6-part DVD Series Reaching Out to Natural Horsemanship, available at reachouttohorses.com, the Comprehensive Foal Gentling DVD Set, Success: Foals in Training, the 2-DVD Set, Reiki: Energy Healing for Horses, and the latest release, In Partnership with Horses: Horses as our coaches, healers, messengers and teachers. All of which will soon be released here on our ROTHEdOnline platform as streaming video.
Additionally, she has published her first book as Editor, “Escaping Tradition” and is about to launch her second book “Beyond the Barn” featuring two decades of her life’s work.
Anna regularly writes for national and international equine-related magazines and is a contributing author of Horse as Teacher: The Path to Authenticity with Horses and the 2-CD set Call of the Horses – take a journey with today’s top equine professional women.
