The mountains' famous blue haze, produced by healing isoprene from ancient trees, forms a natural healing chamber that enhances energy work. 

Called Sa-koh-na-gas ("blue") by the Cherokee, these ancient mountains cradle more biodiversity than all of Europe, creating a living tapestry of healing energy.
